It is inspected by the Chinese National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System Quality Inspection Center and all indicators are qualified. The fire extinguishing time is only 2.5 seconds. Its fire extinguishing performance It can reach the international advanced level. The kitchen fire suppression system is mainly used to extinguish fires in the stove, exhaust hood and exhaust duct of kitchen equipment. When the stove is in normal cooking and other cooking operations, the system will not start. This device is matching with our company's special fire extinguishing agent, which can extinguish fire efficiently. The fuel in the pot will not splash when extinguishing the fire, will not hurt people and spread the oil fire, will not re-ignite after the oil fire extinguished. It has no environmental pollution, and is easy to clean after extinguishing. It is suitable for large-scale catering and food processing.

The kitchen fire suppression system has combustible gas concentration detection and alarm control functions. When the combustible gas accumulated due to leakage in the kitchen reaches a certain concentration, the device will send out an alarm signal and automatically cut off the gas source to ensure the fire safety of the kitchen.

Working principle

When a fire breaks out on a kitchen stove, it generates very high temperatures. The temperature detector detects the working temperature and maintains for a certain time,  then the controller sends out a fire signal (including sound and light alarm and report to the fire control center, and then sends out a fire extinguishing control signal). The control signal opens the container valve, and the special fire extinguishing agent is sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle, evenly covering the surface of the oil pan, quickly extinguishing the fire area. At the same time, spray the hood and flue to extinguish the fire. After the agent is sprayed out, the water control valve is started to spray water on the fire area to reduce the temperature of the fire area and to clean the agent. When the device starts, it will automatically close the combustion valve and block the combustion source.
